There are so many limousines and limousine companies to choose from when deciding on who to trust with your event but the problem is that just like the apples at the fruit market, the good are mixed in with the bad. So it’s a must to choose a company that will tick all the boxes so you and your group have a smooth and stress free ride.


In the below, I will discuss the most common fears people have when it comes to booking in a hire car or stretched limousine.




This is every passenger’s worst nightmare. So often we hear of stories in the industry of vehicles not arriving to their customers, sometimes not on time and sometimes not at all.


This is when the panic sinks in. After so much planning on your event: venues, guests, catering, times, Dj’s, music and lighting, air flights, accommodation, dinner reservations, effort and money all it takes is the vehicle to not show up and that can destroy all of that planning.


So often we receive calls from stranded passengers being left at the airport with no lift home or a Hens night gone wrong and even wedding vehicles not showing. SO! So it is important to ask questions about the fleet upon booking a stretched limousine. Things like “how many of the stretched Chryslers do you have on your fleet” “ how many depots do you have”

  • Doors opened by Chauffeur for extra protection so passengers don’t need to touch any surface of the vehicle.
  • Constant education – we will continue educate all chauffeurs and staff as new information is available which will ensure further safety for our passengers.
  • As a precaution, reading material such as magazines & newspapers will be removed from the vehicles.
  • Reinforcement of team personal hygiene – hand washing, use of gloves and hand sanitisers.
  • All of our chauffeurs and employees have obtained a Certificate of Acknowledgement in Infection Control specifically Covid-19 provided by The Department of Health.
