There are a number of costs to consider when it comes to corporate car hires including surcharges and additional fees. Cost breakdown for a corporate car hire in Sydney will vary from supplier to supplier.

Most rental companies in Australia will include a base rate of your rental car before adding any relevant surcharges and taxes. The total cost of your car rental should include premium location, administration fees and GST. In Australia, most car rental suppliers will also include a vehicle registration recovery fee. This cost is designed to reimburse car rental companies for compulsory insurance charges imposed by Australia’s states and territories. Optional extras like mileage excess, car rental excess insurance, GPS, late charge fees, fuel fees and toll fees may also be added into your overall corporate car hire costs.

Does the client have specific time frames for each service they offer?

Every vehicle within our fleet is automatically covered with 24-hour not-at-fault roadside assistance. Should there be a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to supply an alternate vehicle as a replacement.

Should you need to extend your corporate car booking, our team members will do our best to accommodate your requirements. You are able to modify your transport times, routes and dates by advising any one of our staff prior to the event and where possible we can accommodate you. Please be advised, we may not be able to guarantee a modified car rental should you decide to extend your booking close to the reservation date.

All cancellations for your Sydney corporate car hire must be made in writing (email or letter only) with the reservation number quoted. The total confirmed fee is non-refundable if the reservation fee is cancelled within seven days of the reservation date. All 20% deposits are non-refundable for normal reservations cancelled before the seven days of the reservation date.

As Australia’s leading hire car and limousine company we have implemented further safety measures to ensure your safety and protection against the spread of COVID-19.

Our team is dedicated now more than ever to transporting our passengers with safety being our highest priority.

Taking it a step further, we have taken measures to contact the World Health Organisation (WHO) and several other medical authorities to gain information on how we can protect our clients to the best of our ability. We have taken the initiative to implement even further methods to ensure passengers are able to travel within the safest environment possible. Following measures that we have implemented to each of our vehicles and staff.

  • 500ml hand sanitiser available to passengers in the back of our vehicles.
  • Surfaces of each vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected immediately after every transfer (seats, seat belts, seat pockets, door handles, floor mats, windows, vents, switches & buttons).
  • Doors opened by Chauffeur for extra protection so passengers don’t need to touch any surface of the vehicle.
  • Constant education – we will continue educate all chauffeurs and staff as new information is available which will ensure further safety for our passengers.
  • As a precaution, reading material such as magazines & newspapers will be removed from the vehicles.
  • Reinforcement of team personal hygiene – hand washing, use of gloves and hand sanitisers.
  • All of our chauffeurs and employees have obtained a Certificate of Acknowledgement in Infection Control specifically Covid-19 provided by The Department of Health.
