As part of our ongoing efforts to make CTP appointment travel more flexible and cost-effective for insurance providers, rehabilitation providers and law firms, we offer approved account clients a variation to our standard cancellation terms.
Bookings cancelled with more than 4 hours’ notice incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled collection time, or where the passenger does not arrive for the confirmed booking, may incur the full reservation fee.
These account-specific terms are designed to provide greater flexibility when appointments or travel requirements change, while helping organisations manage transport costs wherever possible.
Approved corporate accounts, including insurance providers, rehabilitation providers and law firms, receive 30-day payment terms, allowing authorised travel to be completed before payment is required. Invoices are issued after travel and can include relevant booking information, such as the CTP claim number, to assist with internal processing and reconciliation.
Yes. We arrange CTP appointment transport throughout Greater Sydney and across regional New South Wales, including travel between regional towns and Sydney. Our coverage extends well beyond the CBD, with transport regularly arranged across metropolitan, suburban and regional areas.
Every effort is made to keep regional transport as cost-effective as possible. However, availability and pricing can sometimes depend on the location of the nearest suitable operator. In some regional areas, even when the distance between the passenger’s collection point and destination is relatively short, the vehicle and driver may need to travel a significant distance to reach the initial collection location. Our team considers these factors when arranging regional travel, with reservation confirmations sent in advance of each booking and including the applicable rates.
Yes. If a Claimant feels comfortable travelling with a particular chauffeur, our team can request the same chauffeur for future CTP appointments, subject to availability. This can provide greater familiarity and consistency for passengers with recurring travel.
While a preferred chauffeur cannot always be guaranteed, our team will keep the Claimant’s travel requirements and recorded preferences in mind whenever arranging future bookings.
Yes. Subject to availability, our team can arrange last-minute and short-notice CTP transport throughout Sydney and surrounding areas. We understand that appointment times can change or transport may sometimes need to be organised with very little notice, and our team will always make every reasonable effort to find a suitable option. Where travel is being arranged for a CTP Claimant, the booking will still need to follow the appropriate insurance approval or authorisation process, even when the request is urgent.
No. Get Chauffeured arranges pre-booked private passenger transport through independent transport providers. The service is not an ambulance, patient transport or medical service, and chauffeurs do not provide medical care, supervision or personal assistance.
Anyone requiring urgent medical assistance should call Triple Zero (000). Specialised accessibility requirements must be discussed and confirmed before booking.
