Standard payment terms are 20 days from the date of invoice. For companies and insurers with an active account, cancellations are handled differently than for general customers. Cancellations with more than 4 hours’ notice – No fee applies. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup – The full reservation fee will be charged. No-shows – If a passenger does not arrive at the pickup location, the full reservation fee is charged.
