For companies and insurers with an active account, cancellations are handled differently than for general customers. Cancellations with more than 4 hours’ notice – No fee applies. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup – The full reservation fee will be charged. No-shows – If a passenger does not arrive at the pickup location, the full reservation fee is charged.
