Booking early allows our Sydney coordination team to lock in your preferred vehicles, drivers, and schedule, ensuring everything runs perfectly on the day.
Most couples book their Sydney wedding cars for around 3 to 6 hours, allowing enough time for pick-up, the ceremony, photo locations, and transfer to the reception. If your venues are spread out or you’d like post-ceremony photos, we recommend a half-day booking. For full-day celebrations, extended hire ensures your chauffeur remains on standby whenever you need them. Our team in the office will work with you, asking the right questions so that you are arranging the service for the correct amount of time. The minimum package is 3 hours for weddings. But we can also arrange for a wedding getaway car as a transfer from the reception centre at the end of the evening, this can be added for an additional cost as a transfer if a package has been booked.
Yes. Child and booster seats can be arranged in most Sydney wedding cars, people movers, and minibuses when requested in advance. Simply let our team know the age and size of each child, and we’ll coordinate suitable seating that meets Australian safety standards.
Because weddings and special events require dedicated vehicle preparation and chauffeur allocation, different cancellation terms apply. For weddings, formals, and special events, cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled pick-up incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the pick-up date, the full booking fee becomes non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to bookings@getchauffeured.com.au and must include your reservation number.
